Each mooncake is handcrafted by the hotel's culinary team without preservatives and is available in both baked and snowskin varieties. Guests can choose from flavours including Traditional Mix, Mung Beans with Apricots and Salted Egg, Lotus Seeds with Macadamia Nuts, Black Sesame with Sunflower Seeds, Orange Zest with Grand Marnier, and Ube with Cordyceps.

Heritage Collaboration Showcases Vietnamese Craftsmanship

As part of the anniversary celebration, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has partnered with Bát Tràng Museum Atelier to introduce handcrafted Heritage Plates that accompany selected mooncake gift sets.
