Pan-Asian innovation highlights new menu

The Yellow Turtle new menu introduces a range of dishes highlighting classic and modern regional recipes. Key items include charcoal cheese dim sum served with Thai green curry, and a kushiyaki grill selection that reflects Japanese robata techniques in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian formats.

“Our new menu honours the diversity of Asian street food and home-style cooking while presenting curated plates with contemporary presentation,” said Apeksha Lahiri, owner of Yellow Turtle and related dining ventures.

Menu driven by regional inspiration and chef creativity

The menu draws on a spectrum of Asian influences, with Southeast Asian craft pastes and bao varieties joined by handcrafted beverages to complete the offering. Diners can expect flavour profiles ranging from coconut-based broths to savoury grill selections.
