In this key leadership role, Ujjawal will oversee all food and beverage operations, including the highly anticipated Osteria Mozza Lanai, which is set to open its doors on November 1, 2025.

From Four Seasons Whistler to Lanai: A Journey of Creativity and Leadership

Khatkar brings a wealth of experience and creativity from his previous role at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. There, he played a pivotal role in elevating guest experiences, notably transforming the Library Bar into a favorite local hotspot. Since beginning his Four Seasons career in 2013 as an Assistant Server at the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Ujjawal has advanced through a series of roles across Four Seasons properties in Kuwait, Toronto, and Whistler, honing his expertise in luxury hospitality management.
