Navaneethan started his career at Apollo Dimora, Trivandrum, before moving on to key engineering roles at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott, Bengaluru. His most recent position as Chief Engineer at Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn, Bengaluru, saw him leading critical infrastructure projects and optimizing hotel engineering operations.
