Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort have confirmed the appointment of Samridhya Mukherjee as F&B Marketing Specialist within the Cluster Marketing team.
In his role, Samridhya combines strategic insight with creative direction to highlight the resorts’ diverse dining experiences. A graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, he brings a strong academic foundation and a global outlook to his responsibilities. He is fluent in four languages, enabling effective communication across international markets.
Samridhya began his hospitality journey with professional roles at Grand Hyatt Dubai, followed by an internship with Anantara The Palm Dubai in marketing and communications. He further contributed to the digital marketing campaign supporting the pre-opening of Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi, gaining valuable experience in brand storytelling and pre-opening strategy.
Appointed to his current role in February 2025, Samridhya now focuses on digital storytelling, campaign development, and guest engagement across all culinary outlets at both Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort. His appointment reinforces Anantara’s commitment to enhancing its food and beverage narrative through innovative and engaging marketing initiatives.
