Aankur Rajbans joins Hyatt Place Goa Candolim as General Manager with 22 years built entirely within the Hyatt Hotels ecosystem across India and Qatar.

CANDOLIM, GOA — Hyatt Place Goa Candolim has appointed Aankur Rajbans as General Manager. He brings 22 years of hospitality experience built entirely within the Hyatt Hotels Corporation network across India and Qatar.
He joins from Hyatt Place Bodhgaya, where he served as General Manager after leading the property through its pre-opening phase in three months as Hotel Manager. He completed the Hyatt General Manager Development Programme during his Bodhgaya tenure, graduating with an A+ Grade from the Asia Pacific cohort.

His career at Hyatt spans nearly two decades across front office, assistant general management and general management roles. He served as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar for nearly six years, handling day-to-day hotel operations, leadership and marketing management.
Before that he was Front Office Manager at Hyatt Ahmedabad, where he managed front desk operations, concierge, reservations, budgeting and PMS system updates. At Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa he served as Assistant Front Office Manager overseeing front desk and concierge workflows.
He built international experience as Assistant Manager Front Office at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas in Qatar. He also served at Hyatt Regency Delhi and Hyatt Regency Mumbai in front office leadership roles across his earlier career. He started his hospitality journey as a Guest Service Officer at Le Meridien New Delhi.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration from Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Nutrition at PUSA Institute in New Delhi, graduating with an A+ Grade.
