AlphaMind Hospitality Expansion to 26 Venues marks a major milestone for the lifestyle hospitality group. AlphaMind now runs 26 venues across 18 brands, nine cities and six countries. The growth follows 15 openings since the start of 2025. Its portfolio includes KIRA, CLAP and Bar du Port.

The group says its venues served more than one million guests over the past 12 months. AlphaMind opened 11 venues in 2025 and four more in 2026 so far. Five additional openings are scheduled before the end of the year. Its pipeline also extends into 2027 and beyond.

AlphaMind Hospitality Expansion to 26 Venues Across the Region

Tony Habre, Founder and CEO of AlphaMind, said the group trusted its instincts and concepts this year. The team chose to go ahead with its openings as planned despite a complex industry landscape. He said the focus stayed on quality, differentiation and operational excellence. People increasingly want memorable experiences that make them feel part of a community.

AlphaMind was established in February 2024. It began as a joint venture between ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Addmind Hospitality. Its portfolio spans restaurants, cafés, beach clubs and nightlife concepts. Markets include the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt and Spain. The group has developed concepts such as KIRA, LITT, Son of a Fish and Sutēki.

Harbour House Anchors the Dubai Hospitality Industry Growth

Dubai Harbour has become one of the main locations in the portfolio through Harbour House. The destination now brings together five AlphaMind concepts. Three of them opened during spring 2026. Iris Harbour opened in April as a rooftop lounge with food, drinks and late night music. Café du Port launched the same month as the daytime format of Bar du Port. Wagyu focused restaurant Sutēki followed in May.

These venues joined Bar du Port, which opened in 2022, and Greek restaurant Son of a Fish, which opened in 2025. A further flagship nightlife venue is planned before the end of 2026. Habre praised the partnership with landlord Shamal Holding. He said the concepts are created in house as a social playground for morning to late night footfall.

Brands Grow Beyond the UAE

Several brands are expanding outside the UAE. Bar du Port and Bar du Port Beach began in Lebanon. They now operate across the UAE, Egypt and Qatar. Café du Port is open in Dubai and is set to launch in Abu Dhabi later this year. CLAP has grown beyond Dubai and Beirut with CLAP HOUSE in Ibiza and CLAP KA-FE in London.

KIRA opened at Marsa Al Arab in 2025. The daytime Café KIRA concept will arrive at HUNA on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah this November. Habre said the UAE and GCC are among the most dynamic hospitality markets. He noted that the region once imported concepts and now leads their development.

New Appointments and a Loyalty Platform

AlphaMind has made several culinary and beverage appointments. Chef Reif Othman joined CLAP as Chef Partner. Pablo Fernandez was appointed at Iris Harbour. Shiv Menon became Head of Wines across the portfolio. In May, the group introduced Mindset by AlphaMind, a loyalty platform that lets customers earn cashback and points across its venues.

Habre said growing a hospitality business is about human connection. He added that a team showing up with the same energy every day turns a site into a true hospitality brand. Readers can find more details about the group on the official Addmind website.
