Vail, Colorado — The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Vail has promoted Daniel Miller to Club General Manager, recognizing his 16-year career spent entirely within the Ritz-Carlton brand at the same Colorado property.
Miller will oversee daily operations, strategic management, board relations and luxury homeowners association processes.
Daniel Miller Climbs All Rungs of the Vail Property
Miller began his career at the property as a bellstaff and worked his way through Guest Services Supervisor, Manager of Club Services, Director of Housekeeping and Director of Residences before taking on the role of General Manager. He has spent his entire career with Ritz-Carlton at the Vail property, so he has intimate market knowledge and long-term relationships with owners.
He was Bellstaff Supervisor at McKinley Chalet Resort in Denali, Alaska before joining Ritz-Carlton.
Three Time Five Star Leader of the Year – Internal Recognition
Miller has been recognized three times as a Five Star Leader of the Year within the Ritz-Carlton brand network, reflecting continued leadership performance and operational discipline over several years.
His core expertise encompasses association management, board relations, luxury residential standards, budgeting and guest loyalty tracking.
