Ershad Mullick joins JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire as EAM Food and Beverages, bringing 15 years across Park Hyatt, ANDAZ Delhi and Hyatt Regency.

BENGALURU — JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa has appointed Ershad Mullick as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverages.
He brings over 15 years of luxury hospitality experience to the role at one of South India's most prominent golf resort properties.
Ershad Mullick Appointed EAM Food and Beverages at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire
In his new role, Mullick oversees food and beverage operations across dining venues and banquet spaces at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort and Spa. The property sits on an 18-hole championship golf course in Nandi Hills and offers multiple dining outlets, a spa and extensive event and banquet facilities catering to weddings, corporate events and leisure guests.
His mandate covers service standards, operational performance, culinary experiences and F&B innovation across the full resort operation.
From Park Hyatt Chennai to Bengaluru's Golfshire Resort
Ershad Mullick joins from Park Hyatt Chennai, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage. In that role, he led the property's full F&B operation with responsibility for service delivery, beverage programming and operational efficiency at one of South India's flagship luxury city hotels.
Earlier in his career, he held F&B leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Kolkata and ANDAZ Delhi. Working across these three distinct Hyatt brand environments gave him exposure to different F&B formats, guest profiles and service philosophies within luxury hospitality. ANDAZ in particular is a design-led, lifestyle-focused brand with a different approach to F&B than a conventional full-service Hyatt Regency or Park Hyatt, making that experience particularly useful for a resort that wants its F&B to feel distinctive.
Mullick holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management.
