PUNE, Maharashtra — The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has promoted Ganapathy Bopana to Director of Rooms, recognising a progression from Front Office Manager through to Room Division Manager and now the hotel's senior rooms leadership role.
Bopana joined the property in 2022 and has since been part of successive promotions within the same hotel.
Ganapathy Bopana Rises Through the Ranks at Westin Pune
Since joining as Front Office Manager, Bopana has contributed to the hotel ranking in the top five on Guest Reviews across Marriott hotels in South Asia, a performance marker that reflects the service consistency his teams have maintained during his tenure.
In his new role, he joins the hotel's Executive Committee and oversees Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services across the Rooms Division.
