Gaurrav Sharmma joins Hyatt Regency Gurgaon as Director of Food and Beverage with 17 years across Oberoi, IHCL, Marriott and FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai.
GURGAON — Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has appointed Gaurrav Sharmma as Director of Food and Beverage. He brings 17 years of hospitality experience across luxury hotels and lifestyle destinations in India and the Middle East.
Sharmma joins from Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark in Dubai, where he led food and beverage operations across multiple dining and entertainment venues. His remit there included managing Barasti Beach, one of Dubai's most recognised outdoor lifestyle venues.
Gaurrav Sharmma Built F&B Career Across Six Major Hotel Brands
His career spans The Oberoi Group, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Marriott International, The St. Regis Mumbai and FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. That range across Indian luxury, global branded and lifestyle hospitality formats gives him a broad foundation for leading F&B at a full-service Hyatt property.
His experience at FIVE Palm Jumeirah and Le Meridien Mina Seyahi gave him direct exposure to high-volume, multi-outlet food and beverage operations within Dubai's competitive lifestyle hospitality market. Managing entertainment venues at that scale requires both operational control and commercial instinct across diverse guest segments.
What the Role Covers at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon
As Director of Food and Beverage, Sharmma will lead F&B operations and strategy across the property. His focus covers guest experience, dining concept innovation, operational efficiency and growth of the hotel's culinary programme.
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon sits in Sector 83 in one of Delhi NCR's fastest-growing commercial and residential corridors. The property serves corporate travellers, MICE groups and leisure guests across the extended NCR market.
Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
