Dr. Sethi joins the team to support the expansion of an integrated portfolio that includes private membership, homeowner services, and luxury homes. His mandate focuses on enhancing the group's owner-operator perspective as the organization scales its various hospitality ventures.
Background and Industry Expertise
With a career spanning 14 years at the Taj Group, Dr. Sethi also co-founded Keys Hotels & Resorts with backing from Berggruen Holdings. From 2015 to 2026, he served as CEO and Managing Director of Chalet Hotels Limited. During his time at Chalet, he directed the firm’s 2019 initial public offering and oversaw the expansion of its luxury hotel portfolio.
Beyond hospitality, he brings development experience from high-end residential and office projects, including a 321-unit residential complex in Bengaluru. He maintains a seat on the board of Chalet Hotels as a Non-Executive Director.

Founded in 2016 by Nibhrant and Dhimaan Shah, the group manages a diverse business ecosystem. This includes luxury home development in non-urban regions like Karjat, Kasauli, Alibaug, and Goa, alongside The Chapter design-led real estate, the Solene private members’ club, and the Lohono Stays rental business.
