Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island has appointed Kai Dieckmann as General Manager of the upcoming luxury island destination. In his new role, Kai Dieckmann will be responsible for launching and managing the resort’s operations on Shura Island, located along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coastline. His mandate includes overseeing all operational departments, establishing service standards, and ensuring alignment with Four Seasons’ global brand benchmarks.

Resort Features and Guest Experience Offering

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island will feature 149 guest rooms and suites, along with 31 resort residences. Designed by Foster and Partners, the property is situated on a private beachfront location and is connected to the island via an overwater bridge.

The resort will offer a range of guest experiences, including access to Shura Links, a championship golf course, as well as marine and cultural activities such as snorkelling, diving, and stargazing. Additional facilities include multiple dining venues, wellness amenities such as a spa and hammam, and a Marine Discovery Centre focused on conservation initiatives.

The development is part of Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project, which emphasises environmentally conscious tourism and sustainable infrastructure. The destination operates on renewable energy and integrates conservation-led initiatives into its design and guest experiences.
