Balaji Sarovar Premiere has announced the appointment of Mahendra Harel as Front Office Manager, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team in guest services and front office operations.
Harel brings around 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with several well-known hotel brands across India. Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in front office management, guest relations, and operational leadership.
During his career, he has been associated with multiple hospitality brands including Sayaji Hotels, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Lemon Tree Hotels, Royal Orchid Hotels, VITS Hotels, and Ramee Group of Hotels.
Before joining Balaji Sarovar Premiere Solapur, Harel was working as Front Office Manager at Ramee Grand Hotel & Spa, where he managed guest services operations and front office functions at the property.
In his new role at Balaji Sarovar Premiere Solapur, he will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, managing guest relations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences, while maintaining high service standards for guests.
