Mahi Teja Appointed General Manager of ibis Coimbatore City Centre

COIMBATORE, Tamil Nadu — ibis Coimbatore City Centre has appointed Mahi Teja as General Manager, placing a hospitality professional with close to 14 years of experience across sales and hotel operations in the top leadership role.

Teja joins from ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, where he served as Hotel Operations Manager.

Mahi Teja Brings Commercial and Operational Experience to ibis Coimbatore

Teja began his hospitality career in sales before moving into broader commercial and operational functions across multiple properties within the Accor network. His experience also includes time with Hyatt Hotels.

At ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, he contributed to operational performance, revenue, guest satisfaction and people development before his move into general management.

Accor Academy Programmes Mark Leadership Development Path

Teja has completed several programmes through Accor Academy, including the International Emerging Leaders Programme in 2020, the General Leadership Programme in 2023 and the MEA APAC Master's Programme, General Manager in Making in 2025.
