In his new position as Executive Housekeeper, Pronab will oversee the housekeeping team to ensure that cleanliness and safety are top priorities to improve guest satisfaction and achieve high scores during inspections by providing effective training for his staff.

12 years of expertise in hospitality operations

Pronab brings 12 years of extensive experience in managing daily housekeeping operations across diverse environments, including luxury hotels like JW Marriott Goa, restaurants, and public spaces. His leadership capabilities are backed by a history of directing teams to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction. He is adept at training, supervising, and scheduling staff while conducting inspections of rooms and communal areas. His dedication to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, alongside effective inventory management, has consistently led to high guest satisfaction ratings.

Pronab is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) of Kolkata, affiliated with Madurai Kamaraj University.
