Sangram Swain promoted to Director of Finance at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar after roles across Hyatt, Radisson and JW Marriott Goa.

MAHABALESHWAR — Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar has promoted Sangram Swain to Director of Finance. The move is a full internal promotion after he served as Assistant Director of Finance at the same property.
In his new role, Swain will report to Sanjay Malhotra, Vice President of Finance Operations South Asia, and Rahul Janve, General Manager of Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar. He will lead financial operations, fiscal performance and regulatory compliance across the property.
Sangram Swain Built Finance Career Across Leading Hotel Brands
Before joining Courtyard Mahabaleshwar, he worked at Holiday Inn Pune, Hyatt Pune and Radisson Blu Pune across finance and accounting functions. He also contributed to Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri and JW Marriott Goa within the Marriott network.
That range across IHG, Hyatt, Radisson and Marriott brand environments gives him a broad hospitality finance foundation. His work at JW Marriott Goa added experience at a high-volume luxury resort operation within the Marriott portfolio.
Sangram Swain holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and has pursued the ICWAI programme from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He received the South Asia Unsung Hero Award 2025 from Marriott International during his tenure at the property.
