Prior to this, Berger held leadership roles across several Forbes Five-Star properties in Los Angeles. In a regional general manager capacity, he oversaw operations across a West Coast portfolio for a luxury hospitality group, managing business continuity and operational performance during the pandemic while strengthening local community engagement.
