INDIA — Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts has appointed Shriram Singh Parihar as Corporate Vice President, HR and Operations. He brings over 12 years of hospitality HR experience across Royal Orchid Hotels, Misaki Hotel, Dia Park Premier Hotel and Clarks Inn Group of Hotels to the group-level role.
Shriram Singh Parihar Appointed Corporate VP HR and Operations at Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts
In his new role, Shriram Singh Parihar oversees the alignment of human resource strategy with daily operational frameworks across Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts' portfolio. His mandate covers talent development, employee engagement, service standards, organisational effectiveness and statutory compliance across the group's properties.
The appointment supports Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts' stated focus on strengthening its senior leadership structure as it prepares for expansion and regional growth. A combined HR and operations remit at the corporate level reflects a deliberate approach to managing that growth without losing the people and service culture the brand has built.
Over Three Years at Royal Orchid Hotels in a Corporate HR Role
Parihar's most recent role was Corporate Human Resources Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, based at the regional office in Gurugram. He joined in 2023 and spent over three years steering corporate compliance frameworks and talent protocols across the group. That posting gave him direct experience of how HR strategy works at a portfolio level in a hotel group with multiple properties spread across India.
A Career Built Across Gurgaon, Manesar and Ghaziabad
Before Royal Orchid Hotels, Parihar served as HR Manager at Dia Park Premier Hotel in Sector-29, Gurgaon. Before that, he spent close to seven years as HR and Liaison Manager at Misaki Hotel, a Japanese-owned property at IMT Manesar in Gurgaon. Nearly seven years within a single property is an uncommon commitment in hospitality HR, and it reflects both stability and a deep understanding of how people operations function within a single hotel's culture over the long term.
Earlier in his career, he worked as HR Manager at Clarks Inn Group of Hotels in Ghaziabad, where he managed property-level employee programmes and HR administration. That posting started his hospitality-specific HR track and built the foundational compliance and employee relations expertise he has carried forward since.
Shriram Singh Parihar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, completed with a first division and an overall grade of 75%. His core expertise spans employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll management, statutory compliance and talent development.
A Mandate Guided by Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts' Four Core Values
Shriram Singh Parihar's remit at Sea Valley Hotels and Resorts is built around the group's four brand values: We Care, We Deliver, We Grow and We Lead. Each value maps to a practical dimension of the role. We Care anchors employee wellbeing and engagement strategy. We Deliver drives service standards and operational consistency. We Grow shapes talent development and succession planning. We Lead guides leadership development and organisational culture across the portfolio.
His stated focus for the role includes consolidating corporate-employee alignment across properties and improving service delivery standards for the group's clients and guests.
