Shubham Mathur Elevated to Associate Director of Sales at Fairfield

JODHPUR, Rajasthan — Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur has promoted Shubham Mathur to Associate Director of Sales, recognising his contribution to the hotel's commercial performance and sales and marketing function.

Mathur has been part of the property's team and has led integrated sales and marketing campaigns alongside his commercial responsibilities.

In his previous role, Mathur built client relationships, identified new business opportunities and drove results across corporate and leisure segments. He also led the property's sales and marketing function, running campaigns across traditional and digital platforms that strengthened the hotel's market presence.

His combined sales and marketing background gives him working knowledge of both revenue generation and brand positioning within the Jodhpur hospitality market.

New Role Focuses on Revenue Growth and Key Partnerships

As Associate Director of Sales, Mathur will lead the hotel's commercial strategy, drive revenue, strengthen key partnerships and identify new business development opportunities. He will continue working with the marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.
