Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club has announced the appointment of Tushar Garg as the new Director of Sales & Marketing. In this pivotal role, he will lead the resort’s overall sales, marketing, and commercial strategy with a key focus on revenue growth and strengthening brand positioning across global and regional markets.

A Dynamic Leader with Global Expertise

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Tushar brings a wealth of strategic insight, leadership, and commercial acumen. His impressive track record includes high-performing roles across globally recognized brands such as Marriott International, Accor, Hyatt Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, and Ramoji Film City. He is known for his dynamic leadership and ability to lead teams across the MICE, leisure, and corporate segments with consistent success.

Before joining Fairmont, Tushar held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott, where he led commercial efforts for one of the largest hospitality complexes in Hyderabad.

International Assignments & Industry Milestones

Tushar’s previous roles span Ramoji Film City, Grand Mercure Mysuru, Hyatt Raipur, Park Inn by Radisson Gurgaon, and a high-impact international assignment across Tanzania and Uganda. There, he played a crucial role in organizing world-class events like the World Economic Forum and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

He is an alumnus of the prestigious Glion Hotel School in Switzerland and The Blue Mountains International Hotel School in Australia, equipping him with a solid foundation in global hospitality education and commercial strategy.
