Avent’s career began with a maritime catering diploma from Maritime Catering Technology and Hotel Management, Mumbai, followed by certifications in safety, firefighting, and first aid. His early roles, including steward positions at Tunga Regenza, Navi Mumbai, laid the foundation for his strong operational expertise.
He rose through the ranks rapidly, serving as a team leader at Four Points by Sheraton, Vashi, and then moving on to Signature Resort in Bangalore, where his leadership was instrumental in transforming F&B operations.
