With over six years of progressive experience in human resources across hospitality, corporate services, and workplace operations, Neha Rawat has built a strong reputation for managing complex people operations while prioritising employee well-being and inclusive workplace culture. Her professional journey spans reputed organisations including Compass Group, Hilton Hotels, Pullman & Novotel, HSO India, and Le Meridien.

In her current role at Compass Group Pvt Ltd, Neha serves as the primary HR partner for over 500 employees across five locations in Hyderabad. She manages the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, leads employee engagement initiatives for blue-collar teams, and drives recognition and rewards programmes. Her ability to resolve employee grievances with a reported 98% satisfaction rate reflects her strong people-connect and problem-solving approach. She also plays a key role in HR analytics by preparing and presenting monthly dashboards and projects at a PAN India level, while ensuring 100% compliance in onboarding documentation and HRIS integration.

Previously, as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru, Neha contributed significantly to workforce development and diversity initiatives. She supported the recruitment of young talent in hospitality, enhanced gender diversity, promoted inclusion by hiring specially-abled employees, and ensured timely and accurate reporting to ownership and regional teams. Her role involved end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, employee engagement, performance management support, and exit interview processes.

Her earlier experience with Pullman & Novotel Hotels in Delhi further strengthened her expertise in payroll management, compliance, recruitment planning, budgeting, onboarding, and employee engagement for a workforce of over 600 employees. Neha’s foundation in talent acquisition was built during her tenure at HSO India, where she managed full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles.

Academically, Neha Rawat holds a PGDBM in Human Resource Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), along with a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and a Diploma in Travel & Tourism. Her strong educational grounding, combined with hands-on operational experience, positions her as a well-rounded HR professional in the hospitality ecosystem.
