He has held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected hotel groups, including Accor, Hilton, and Marriott, building a strong reputation for strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and people-focused leadership.
Throughout his career, De Haes has taken on diverse responsibilities across general management, finance, operations, and commercial functions. His multifaceted background has allowed him to develop a holistic understanding of hotel performance, from guest satisfaction and team engagement to financial sustainability and brand growth.
A highlight of his professional journey includes successfully leading three hotel openings in key global destinations such as Bali, Bangkok, and Brussels.
