A Remarkable HR Career Path
Rebecca began her hospitality HR journey with Radisson Hotels – Country Inn & Suites, Panjim, before joining Hyatt Hotels, where she played a key role in two pre-openings and one brand conversion. Her tenure with Hyatt lasted over 8.5 years, during which she established herself as a strong HR leader.
Since joining Hilton Goa Resort in February 2024, Rebecca has been instrumental in strengthening HR processes, promoting talent development, and enhancing organizational culture.
