Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has expanded its presence in the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan with the opening of Taj Paro Resort & Spa, marking a significant step in the group’s Sub-Continent growth strategy.
The launch strengthens IHCL’s footprint in culturally rich international destinations while reinforcing Taj’s positioning as a global ambassador of Indian hospitality beyond domestic markets.
Commenting on the opening, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, IHCL, said the addition aligns with the company’s long-term strategy of expanding across the Indian Sub-Continent.
