213-room upscale property debuts in Iskandar Puteri
Developed by Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC) through its hospitality arm, Dorsett Hospitality International (DHI), the 32-storey waterfront property introduces a hybrid hospitality model focused on extended stays and independent living. The hotel features 213 rooms across four categories, including Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, and Two Bedroom Plus configurations.
Each unit is equipped with in-room kitchenettes, laundry facilities, and refrigeration, reflecting a design approach tailored to long-stay guests and corporate travellers. The property also includes a swimming pool, fitness centre, meeting facilities, and a spa with jacuzzi amenities, supporting both leisure and business requirements.
Strategic waterfront location enhances accessibility
Located at Puteri Harbour, the hotel offers direct access to a marina-front district with dining, retail, and leisure options. The site is positioned approximately 950 metres from the Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, enabling cross-border connectivity. It is also situated 4 kilometres from LEGOLAND Malaysia, targeting family and leisure segments.
The property benefits from proximity to major regional transport and business hubs. It is located 52 kilometres from Marina Bay Financial Centre, 59 kilometres from Changi Airport, 42 kilometres from Seletar Airport, and 32 kilometres from Senai International Airport. This connectivity positions the hotel as a base for both domestic and international travellers.
Focus on corporate, healthcare, and education segments
The hotel is strategically linked to key commercial and institutional zones, including Tanjung Puteri data centres and Tanjung Pelepas marine hubs. It is also located near healthcare facilities such as Gleneagles Hospital and Sunway Medical Centre.
In addition, the surrounding area hosts multiple international education institutions, including Sunway, Stellar, Invictus International Schools, MDIS Malaysia, and Raffles American School. This proximity supports demand from academic communities, visiting faculty, and long-term residents.
