Developed by Far East Consortium International Limited (FEC) through its hospitality arm, Dorsett Hospitality International (DHI), the 32-storey waterfront property introduces a hybrid hospitality model focused on extended stays and independent living. The property also includes a swimming pool, fitness centre, meeting facilities, and a spa with jacuzzi amenities, supporting both leisure and business requirements.

Strategic waterfront location enhances accessibility

Located at Puteri Harbour, the hotel offers direct access to a marina-front district with dining, retail, and leisure options. It is also situated 4 kilometres from LEGOLAND Malaysia, targeting family and leisure segments.

The property benefits from proximity to major regional transport and business hubs. It is located 52 kilometres from Marina Bay Financial Centre, 59 kilometres from Changi Airport, 42 kilometres from Seletar Airport, and 32 kilometres from Senai International Airport. This connectivity positions the hotel as a base for both domestic and international travellers.
