Deepika Padukone Stars in Hilton's New Global Campaign
Hilton launches a new chapter of its It Matters Where You Stay campaign featuring Deepika Padukone, filmed at Conrad Bengaluru.
NEW DELHI — Hilton has unveiled a new chapter of its globally recognised It Matters Where You Stay campaign, featuring brand ambassador Deepika Padukone and filmed at Conrad Bengaluru, launching across social, digital and outdoor platforms internationally.
The campaign follows last year's debut, which recorded over 11 billion views across social and digital platforms.
Campaign Puts the Hotel Stay at the Centre of the Travel Experience
Shot at Conrad Bengaluru, the campaign is built around the idea that when travellers leave home, they leave behind the routines and support systems they rely on. Hilton's team members, thoughtfully designed spaces, seamless technology and Hilton Honors benefits are positioned as the ecosystem that anchors guests while they are away.
The work spans content across dining, wellness, loyalty and guest service, exploring how a well-supported stay allows guests to feel comfortable, confident and fully present during their travels.
Deepika Padukone Reflects a More Spontaneous Side in New Creative
The campaign shows a more spontaneous, instinctive side of Padukone as she travels, reflecting what becomes possible when friction is removed and guests can focus on the purpose of their trip.
"What I connected with most about this campaign is how true it felt to the experience of staying with Hilton," says Deepika Padukone. "When you feel genuinely comfortable and looked after, you stop overthinking and can simply be yourself. That sense of ease gave us the freedom to have fun with the creative."
Grammy-Winning Director and Original Soundtrack Shape the Creative
The campaign was directed by Grammy Award-winning director Nadia Marquard Otzen, with choreography by Shay Latukolan. An original soundtrack by award-winning composer Mikey McCleary combines electronic influences with contemporary Indian vocals to reflect Padukone's energy throughout the film.
Mark Weinstein, Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Luxury Brands at Hilton, said the campaign reflects the company's belief in hospitality as the foundation of travel. "A Hilton Stay helps our guests make the most of why they came. Our team members ensure everything is taken care of, giving guests the comfort and confidence to focus on what truly matters," Weinstein said.
Campaign Aligns With Hilton's India Expansion Goals
The campaign launch coincides with Hilton's continued expansion in India, where the company aims to reach 400 trading hotels. The broader creative programme will continue to roll out throughout the year across key growth markets.
