Frontline Performance Group (FPG) has officially launched CheckMax, a new AI-powered performance enhancement platform designed to help hotel restaurants maximize food and beverage profits through intelligent sales coaching and real-time analytics.

The hospitality technology solution has been developed to transform restaurant servers from simple order-takers into active revenue drivers by using AI insights, e-learning, and automated coaching systems. According to FPG, CheckMax can help hotel restaurants increase revenue per guest by 5 to 15 percent, potentially doubling overall restaurant profitability.

The launch comes at a time when hotel operators worldwide are searching for new ways to strengthen total revenue performance amid rising operational costs, inflation pressures, and changing traveler spending habits.

FPG developed the platform in collaboration with major hotel brands, ownership groups, and management companies across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe. The company stated that the solution addresses a long-standing gap in hospitality training by teaching restaurant staff effective suggestive selling techniques, guest engagement strategies, and personalized service methods.

CheckMax combines AI-powered analytics with short-form video learning modules and real-time performance tracking. Restaurant servers can monitor their sales goals, view leaderboard rankings, and receive automated recommendations designed to improve upselling opportunities and guest satisfaction.

The platform introduces a proprietary sales-quality metric that allows hotel operators to evaluate server performance and outlet-level revenue consistency across multiple properties. This feature gives hospitality companies better visibility into food and beverage performance trends while helping managers identify areas for improvement.

FPG Chief Executive Officer Geoffrey Toffetti explained that hotel operators are increasingly focused on maximizing revenue from existing guests rather than depending entirely on occupancy growth. He noted that food and beverage operations remain one of the strongest opportunities for improving TRevPAR within the hospitality industry.

Hospitality executives have also highlighted the growing importance of personalized guest experiences within hotel restaurants. By training staff to make authentic recommendations and improve guest interaction, operators can simultaneously increase guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability.

CheckMax currently integrates with several major hospitality and restaurant management systems, including Oracle Micros Simphony, Toast, Square, and Infrasys. Additional integrations for TouchBistro and Upserve are expected in future updates.

Industry experts believe AI-powered revenue optimization tools will continue gaining momentum across hospitality businesses as operators focus more heavily on automation, personalized service, and operational efficiency.

Frontline Performance Group currently operates in more than 2,500 hotels across 120 countries. The company specializes in revenue enhancement technology and frontline employee performance solutions designed to improve guest service and profitability within hospitality operations.

The launch of CheckMax further reflects the hospitality industry’s growing investment in artificial intelligence, employee training technology, and data-driven revenue management strategies aimed at strengthening food and beverage performance across hotel properties worldwide.
