The newly opened property is located in Gurugram, a major corporate and commercial centre near New Delhi, and is designed to cater to business travellers and domestic visitors. The hotel began operations this month, according to an official statement from the company.
Launch marks NCR market entry
The Gurugram opening represents Grand Continent Hotels’ first property in the Delhi NCR region. The company said the launch is part of its broader strategy to expand into metropolitan markets with strong demand for organized hospitality services.
Officials confirmed that the property has been developed to align with the company’s operational standards, offering accommodation and basic business facilities for corporate and transit guests.
The company did not disclose the total investment value of the project or ownership structure of the property.
Location and target segment
The hotel is situated in Gurugram, which hosts offices of multinational companies, technology firms and financial institutions. The location is expected to generate steady demand from business travellers, particularly during weekdays.
