The growth was supported by strong demand in the luxury hospitality segment and sustained expansion across key destinations.
Revenue and Profitability Reach Record Levels

Profit after tax registered a significant jump of nearly 8.5 times compared to the previous financial year, reflecting a marked improvement in overall profitability.
The strong financial outcome highlights the company’s ability to capitalise on premium demand trends while maintaining operational efficiency. Improved margins and higher earnings underscore a broad-based performance across business segments.
RevPAR and ADR Growth Drive Performance
Performance in FY26 was supported by growth in key operating metrics. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) increased by 14 per cent, while average daily rate (ADR) rose 13 per cent over the year. This indicates sustained pricing power and strengthening market positioning in the luxury segment.
The company continued to outperform the broader luxury hospitality segment, supported by consistent demand across its portfolio. The growth in RevPAR and ADR reflects both higher room rates and stable occupancy levels, contributing significantly to revenue expansion.
Quarterly Momentum Remains Strong
In the fourth quarter of FY26, the company maintained steady momentum. Operating revenue grew 12 per cent to ₹4,844 million, while EBITDA increased 13 per cent to ₹2,657 million. Profit after tax for the quarter rose 46 per cent to ₹1,717 million.
The quarterly performance was supported by resilient domestic travel demand and stronger contributions from food and beverage operations. The growth in F&B revenues complemented room revenues, further strengthening overall financial performance.
Expansion Drives Portfolio Growth
FY26 marked the company’s fastest expansion phase, with new additions across Mumbai, Dubai, Jaisalmer and Coorg. These developments resulted in a 23 per cent increase in keys, expanding the company’s footprint across both business and leisure destinations.
The portfolio now includes over 5,200 luxury keys, supported by a pipeline of future projects. The expansion strategy focuses on a mix of owned properties and managed assets, enabling scalable growth while maintaining capital efficiency.
The company’s development pipeline includes more than 1,000 keys planned by FY30, reflecting a continued focus on growth in high-demand luxury markets.
Balance Sheet Strengthens with Debt Reduction
The company significantly improved its financial position during the year by reducing net debt to ₹12,707 million. Its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio improved to 1.6 times, indicating enhanced financial stability and increased capacity to fund future expansion.
This strengthened balance sheet provides flexibility for ongoing investments in new developments, upgrades, and experiential offerings across its portfolio.
Focus on Guest Experience and Brand Positioning
Leela Hotels maintained a strong focus on guest satisfaction, reporting a Net Promoter Score of 86, which is above industry benchmarks. This reflects consistent service delivery and a focus on customer-centric operations.
The brand also continued to receive recognition across global and domestic platforms, reinforcing its position within the luxury hospitality segment.
The company remains focused on enhancing experiential offerings, particularly in wellness, food and beverage, and luxury lifestyle segments. These initiatives are aligned with evolving guest preferences and aim to strengthen long-term brand positioning.
With sustained demand in the luxury segment and an expanding portfolio, the company continues to build on its growth trajectory while maintaining a focus on operational performance and guest experience.
