GURUGRAM, INDIA — Roseate Hotels & Resorts has expanded its strategic partnership with real estate developer M3M Group, taking over hospitality and facility management operations at M3M Jacob & Co. Residences. The collaboration extends Roseate’s hospitality platform beyond M3M Trump Towers Gurgaon, further strengthening its presence across M3M’s portfolio of luxury branded residential developments. as per report of hotelier india and Travellers World Online.
Comprehensive Service Integration
Under the agreement, Roseate Hotels & Resorts will manage a complete suite of services at the development, including concierge, housekeeping, engineering, security, restaurants, wellness facilities, club operations, and bespoke lifestyle management. The integration aims to deliver a hotel-inspired, professionally managed living experience for residents.
Shift in India’s Branded Residences Market
The partnership reflects evolving expectations within India's luxury housing market, where buyers are increasingly evaluating hospitality standards and operational management alongside architectural design and global brand associations. The association was formally announced during ‘The Circle of Time’, an exclusive event hosted by M3M and Jacob & Co. for Inner Circle residents of M3M Jacob & Co. Residences. The evening also featured the unveiling of a limited-edition Jacob & Co. timepiece designed exclusively for the community's residents.
