Hospitality industry research continues showing that fragmented systems and disconnected booking technologies remain major challenges for hotels trying to maximise traveller demand. Many hotels still struggle with managing multiple supplier platforms, distribution channels, and reservation systems simultaneously.

The enhanced partnership focuses on solving these operational challenges by improving hotel connectivity and simplifying access to distribution and revenue management tools through seamless technology integration.

Both companies stated that speed-to-market and operational flexibility have become increasingly important within modern hospitality operations. Hotels now require integrated technology ecosystems capable of responding quickly to changing market demand, booking trends, and guest expectations.
