ATLANTA, June 4, 2026 — Inspire Brands announces Buffalo Wild Wings' first international franchise agreement for a new fast casual restaurant concept built specifically for global markets, with the first location set to open in Dubai, UAE, in the coming weeks.
The deal with Galadari Food & Beverage Division a subsidiary of the UAE-based Galadari Brothers Group commits to bringing hundreds of Buffalo Wild Wings fast casual locations to the Middle East over the next decade, marking the most significant international growth move in the brand's history.
Buffalo Wild Wings Fast Casual Concept Built for International Markets
The new concept delivers Buffalo Wild Wings' signature chicken offerings in a format designed for both dine-in and take-away guests. It draws inspiration from Buffalo Wild Wings GO, the brand's domestic off-premise concept in the United States, which has grown to more than 200 locations nationwide.
The international format pairs the brand's iconic sauces and seasonings with innovative kitchen equipment and streamlined operations, enabling faster service across a wider range of trade areas and dining occasions. It complements, rather than replaces, the existing Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar model, which already operates across nine global markets.
Michael Haley, President and Managing Director of International for Inspire, said the concept was purpose-built for global scalability. "This new fast-casual concept was specifically developed to accelerate Buffalo Wild Wings' international growth and expand the brand's ability to serve guests across a wider range of trade areas and occasions," Haley said. "Combined with the global appeal of chicken and the strength of the Buffalo Wild Wings brand, we believe this format is exceptionally well-positioned to drive meaningful international expansion."
Menu Highlights Signature Wings, Hand-Breaded Chicken and 16 Sauces
The international menu centers on Buffalo Wild Wings' core chicken lineup Traditional and Boneless Wings, Chicken Tenders, and Chicken Sandwiches all customizable across 16 signature sauces and seasonings.
New to the international offering is hand-breaded bone-in chicken, available in multiple counts for individual meals and group orders. Each piece uses a proprietary marinade and breading blend developed exclusively for the new concept. Sides include crispy fries, savory rice, and fresh slaw.
Galadari Brothers Brings Established Inspire Track Record to the Deal
Galadari Food & Beverage Division is not a new partner for Inspire. The group currently operates more than 1,200 Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin', and Jimmy John's locations across the Middle East under existing franchise agreements, giving it one of the deepest Inspire operating footprints in the region.
Mohammed Galadari, Co-Chairman and Group CEO of Galadari Brothers, said the new concept aligns with the group's confidence in Inspire's global strategy. "We have deep trust in the Buffalo Wild Wings brand and its proven off-premise operating model, which we believe will strongly resonate with guests across international markets," Galadari said. "Its focus on a premium chicken experience, sauce variety and convenience makes it especially well-suited for the Middle East and beyond."
Suhail Galadari, Co-Chairman of Galadari Brothers, framed the agreement as part of a long-term regional dining vision. "The new Buffalo Wild Wings concept represents the evolution of how consumers experience global brands, and we are proud to introduce this innovative model to new markets," he said.
Inspire Brands Scales International Operations Across 10,000 Locations
Inspire Brands operates more than 33,300 locations worldwide across six restaurant brands: Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's, and SONIC. More than 10,000 of those locations operate outside the United States.
Buffalo Wild Wings, founded in 1982, holds the position of the largest sports bar brand in the United States, with more than 1,300 restaurants across nine global markets. The fast casual concept represents a direct effort to grow that international count by entering market segments and trade areas the Sports Bar format cannot serve.
Inspire's shared-services platform will support the Middle East rollout, providing operational, technological, and development infrastructure to the franchisee as the concept scales across the region.
