CORAL SPRINGS, June 17, 2026 — Harmony Indian Cuisine opens its doors in Coral Springs, Florida, introducing diners to a range of authentic Indian regional dishes rarely seen in the local market. The restaurant launched this week in the Maplewood Plaza at 1142 N. University Drive near the Coral Square Mall, offering Kerala specialties, biryanis, dosas, curries and more.

The new dining destination features recipes drawn from both South and North Indian culinary traditions, bringing bold spices and coastal flavors to Broward County. Owners said the restaurant fills a gap for authentic regional Indian food that goes beyond typical offerings in the area.
