Hotel Celebrates Rajasthan's Culinary Heritage
The nine-day food festival transforms Café on 3 into a vibrant Rajasthani setting with traditional décor, colourful accents and cultural elements designed to recreate the atmosphere of the desert state. The themed dining experience combines regional cuisine with décor that reflects Rajasthan's royal traditions.
The festival has been curated by Executive Chef Ashutosh Bisht alongside Guest Chef Hem Singh Gurjar, who hails from Rajasthan and brings generations of culinary knowledge to the event. Drawing on his experience and regional expertise, Chef Hem has developed a menu featuring authentic recipes and traditional cooking methods.
Traditional Menu Highlights Regional Flavours
The culinary experience begins with signature soups including Bajre Ki Raab and Mutton Paya Ka Raab before moving into a selection of appetizers such as Paneer Rajwada, Kadai Ki Seekh, Jaipuri Tangri Kebab and Jaisalmeri Murgh Malai Roll.
The main course showcases several regional favourites, including Rajasthani Kadhi, Dal Marwadi, Gatte Ki Curry and Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi. Guests can also enjoy non-vegetarian specialties such as Laal Maas and Mutton Banjara, accompanied by traditional Bajra Ki Roti and Churma.
The dining experience concludes with a selection of Rajasthani desserts, including Ghewar Malai, Alwar Ka Milk Cake and Mawa Kachori.

Guest Chef Hem Singh Gurjar's familiarity with Rajasthan's regional cuisine has helped shape a menu that highlights authentic ingredients, cooking techniques and flavours associated with the state's royal kitchens.
Dining Experience Extends Beyond the Menu
