KFC Unveils New Menu, Restaurant Design and Brand Refresh

KFC is rolling out a major brand transformation focused on bolder flavors, modern restaurant experiences, and a refreshed visual identity. The rollout will begin in the UK and Ireland before expanding worldwide. The chicken giant currently operates more than 34,000 restaurants across over 150 countries and opens a new location somewhere in the world approximately every 3.5 hours.

New Menu Built Around Boneless Chicken and Bold Sauces

At the center of the revamp is an expanded lineup of boneless chicken items designed for dipping, dunking, and snacking, paired with a new global sauce “pantry” featuring more than 20 flavors.

According to Scott Mezvinsky, CEO of KFC Global, the brand aims to redefine modern chicken in the quick-service category by focusing on its core products while offering customers more customization options.

The new “Dipped” range combines crispy tenders and other boneless chicken items with sauces ranging from classic favorites to globally inspired flavors, including Chimichurri Ranch and Hot Honey Habanero. A second category, “Dunked,” includes tenders, wings, and sandwiches fully coated in sauce for a more indulgent, flavor-packed experience. These products are already available in South Africa and India, reflecting growing demand for sauce-forward menu offerings.

Refreshed Branding Centered on the Bucket and the Colonel
