LUZ Bangkok Launches Viva La Fiesta Ladies’ Night

BANGKOK, August 13, 2026 — LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar has launched Viva La Fiesta: Ladies’ Night, a weekly Wednesday experience combining Spanish tapas, complimentary free-flow bubbles for ladies, live music and panoramic Bangkok skyline views at INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit.

The LUZ Bangkok Ladies’ Night takes place every Wednesday from 7pm across the venue’s 33rd and 34th floors, with complimentary free-flow bubbles available exclusively for ladies from 7pm to 9pm. The experience brings together Spanish-inspired food, cocktails and live entertainment in a rooftop setting.

LUZ Bangkok Ladies’ Night Brings a Spanish Fiesta to the Rooftop

The weekly celebration combines the atmosphere of a Spanish fiesta with LUZ Bangkok’s high-rise dining concept. Live percussionists and guest DJs play Spanish-modern house and tribal beats as guests enjoy tapas and drinks overlooking the city.

Madrid-born Chef de Cuisine Juan Ignacio García Racionero, known as Chef Nacho, leads the culinary offering. His experience includes time at Michelin-starred Saddle and DiverXO, along with Spanish restaurants El Jardín de la Máquina and Montellén.

Chef Nacho Highlights Paella and Spanish Classics

At the centre of the food experience is Chef Nacho’s signature giant pan of paella. The preparation rotates between chicken, pork, seafood and vegetable variations, giving the weekly event a changing culinary focus.

The dedicated Viva La Fiesta: Ladies’ Night menu also features Huevos Rotos con Gambas al Ajillo y Caviar. The dish combines crispy potatoes, prawns, caviar and fried eggs, with Chef Nacho presenting the preparation tableside.

Spanish Cocktails Add to the Evening

The drinks selection includes one-litre servings of Agua de Valencia, combining orange juice, cava, vodka and gin, alongside Sangria. The cocktails complement the Spanish-inspired food while adding to the social character of the evening.

LUZ also serves selections from its regular menu, including Steak tartar y Gilda San Sebastian, which pairs Wagyu tenderloin tartare with anchovies and Spanish pickles on ciabatta.

LUZ Expands Its Tapas Menu

Other regular-menu highlights include Tacos de Rabo de Toro, featuring braised oxtail, roasted piquillo peppers and smoked Idiazabal cheese in homemade corn tacos.

The menu also includes black squid-ink fideuà with red prawns and octopus, adding another Spanish classic to the rooftop dining experience.

Social Hours Continue Beyond Ladies’ Night

LUZ extends its drinks programme beyond Wednesdays with daily Social Hours from 5pm to 7pm. The promotion offers a buy-one-get-one-free deal on selected drinks.

From Friday to Sunday, guests can also enjoy Late-Night Social from 9pm to 10pm, featuring selected wines, Chang draught beer and signature cocktails.

A Rooftop Setting Above Bangkok

LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar opened in September 2023 and occupies the 33rd and 34th floors of INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit. The venue connects tapas dining with a rooftop pool, terrace spaces and views across Bangkok.

One of the venue’s defining features is the transparent bottom of the 34th-floor infinity pool, which allows diners on the 33rd floor to look upward into the pool. The rooftop design also draws inspiration from Bangkok’s Giant Swing and Rama VIII Bridge.

Viva La Fiesta Runs Every Wednesday

The LUZ Bangkok Ladies’ Night takes place every Wednesday from 7pm, with complimentary free-flow bubbles for ladies from 7pm to 9pm. LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar remains open daily from 4pm until midnight.
