Russel is an alumnus of Rizvi College of Hotel Management, Mumbai, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. His journey in hospitality began at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai, where he started as an Industrial Trainee—gaining hands-on experience that laid a solid foundation for his future in food and beverage operations.
