With extensive experience spanning more than 17 years in luxury hospitality, Rahul joins the organization with a strong background in operational leadership, strategic food and beverage planning, and culinary innovation.

Rahul’s professional journey reflects his commitment to excellence, creativity, and people-first leadership. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Conrad Pune, where he played a key role in elevating guest satisfaction, refining operational processes, and launching innovative dining concepts.

In his new position, Rahul will oversee the complete Food & Beverage operations across both properties — The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet, Marriott Executive Apartments. His responsibilities will include strengthening brand positioning, driving revenue across dining venues, introducing new culinary concepts, and leading multiple food and beverage outlets with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest engagement.
