Yiduo Wang has international hospitality experience with brands like Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, The Ritz-Carlton and EDITION Hotels. Where she developed expertise in luxury dining and culinary execution.
Most recently, she served as Executive Sous Chef at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. She was involved in the pre-opening of the property, overseeing multiple restaurats and managing a large culinary team, contributing to the launch of the resort’s dining outlets.
