His responsibilities cover coordinating wedding requirements, supporting sales targets and contributing to the resort's position as a destination for weddings on the Coromandel Coast.

Career Built Across Sales, Marketing and HR in Tamil Nadu Hospitality

Asaph Axel joins from Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort and Convention Center, where he served as Assistant Sales Manager. That posting gave him direct familiarity with the Mahabalipuram hospitality market and the event and MICE business that flows through it.

Earlier in his career, he worked as Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Fairfield by Marriott Chennai and as Sales Marketing Executive at Kaldan Samudhra Palace, both of which grounded him in hotel commercial operations in the Tamil Nadu market.

His background also includes a Human Resources Coordinator role at ITC Hotels and an earlier sales role at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited. That combination of sales, marketing and HR experience across multiple hospitality brands gives him a practical understanding of how both the commercial and people sides of a hotel operation work.
