BENGALURU — Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center has promoted Disha Gulati to Rooms Division Manager. Disha is a 12-year hospitality professional with ITC Hotels and Marriott International experience at the head of both Front Office and Housekeeping.

In her new role, Gulati oversees the Front Office and Housekeeping functions at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center. Her responsibilities cover operations management, vendor coordination and team efficiency across both departments. Unifying Front Office and Housekeeping under one leader is a deliberate structural choice at many full-service hotels.
The promotion is internal. Gulati joined the property in 2022 as Executive Housekeeper, led housekeeping operations there for three years and earned this step up within the same hotel.
Twelve Years Across Sheraton, ITC Windsor and ITC Grand Chola
Gulati holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Jaipur. Affiliated with IGNOU, and completed the Management Trainee Program at ITC Welcomgroup Management Institute. Her career began in earnest within the ITC Hotels network.
She worked at ITC Windsor in Bengaluru and ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, two of the group's flagship luxury properties. ITC Grand Chola is one of India's largest luxury hotels with 600 rooms and 12 dining specialities, and working in its rooms operation at any level demands a high standard of discipline. ITC Windsor is a Bengaluru heritage property known for its exacting service culture.
She also held roles with Sheraton Hotels and Resorts in New Delhi before joining the Whitefield property. Her experience across Sheraton's brand standards, combined with her ITC Hotels foundation and her housekeeping leadership at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, creates a well-rounded rooms division profile.
