With over a decade of diverse experience across leading hospitality brands, Ruksar brings deep expertise in financial operations, compliance, and cost management.

A Proven Track Record in Hospitality Finance

Ruksar’s career began in Bareilly and steadily progressed through key finance roles at Hotel Swarn Towers and Lebua Hotels, Lucknow. His dedication and financial acumen soon led him to Marriott International, where he held roles across several iconic properties including Renaissance Lucknow, JW Marriott Chandigarh, and JW Marriott Kolkata.

At JW Marriott Kolkata, Ruksar rose to the role of Assistant Finance Controller, where he successfully managed an annual operation of INR 202 crore. He oversaw statutory compliance, guided financial decision-making for departments such as Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa, and introduced enhanced internal controls to streamline reporting and optimize cost efficiencies. His contributions earned him recognition as a trusted and forward-thinking finance leader within Marriott.

Educational Excellence and Technical Mastery

Ruksar holds an MBA in Finance from Integral University, Lucknow, and a B.Com from MJP Rohilkhand University. Over the years, he has gained advanced technical proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle PeopleSoft, Opera, IDS 6i, BirchStreet, and Tally ERP 9. His core strengths include budgeting, forecasting, payroll analysis, taxation, and compliance, which he pairs with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
