The company has named Matthew Eastwood as Chief Executive Officer for EMEA, alongside the appointments of Fleur Peck as Head of Workplace Strategy, EMEA, and Kate Mason as Senior Principal, Workplace Design EMEA.
The leadership expansion comes as organizations across the region reassess their real estate portfolios and workplace strategies amid the continued evolution of hybrid work models, changing employee expectations, and rising cost pressures.
Matthew Eastwood Appointed CEO for EMEA
Matthew Eastwood brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience across real estate, workplace delivery, and operational transformation. Prior to joining Unispace, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions division, a $21 billion platform supporting corporate occupiers in more than 100 countries.
During his tenure at CBRE, Eastwood held enterprise-wide responsibility for operational excellence, governance, supply chain, risk management, and technology transformation. Earlier in his career, he led CBRE’s EMEA Project Management business, expanding the operation significantly and overseeing thousands of projects annually across multiple industries.

Meanwhile, Kate Mason has been appointed Senior Principal for Workplace Design in EMEA. Previously with global architecture and design firm Woods Bagot, Mason brings extensive experience in interior design and workplace specialization.
Supporting Regional Growth
In her new position, Mason will lead early-stage client engagement, project briefing, and concept development across the EMEA region. Her focus will be on ensuring that design strategies align with business performance, brand identity, and long‑term operational goals.
According to the company, the expanded leadership team reflects Unispace’s commitment to delivering integrated workplace solutions that connect real estate intelligence, workplace strategy, design, and project delivery.
As CEO for EMEA, Eastwood will focus on strengthening regional alignment, empowering teams, and deepening client partnerships while supporting organizations navigating complex workplace transformations.
