PAVAGADH — Club Mahindra Pavagadh has appointed Neha Rawat as Operations Manager and Unit Head. She brings 17 years of hotel operations experience across wellness retreats, heritage properties and premium business hotels in India and Malaysia.
Rawat joins from Pride Elite Haridwar, where she served as General Manager. She oversaw all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping and food and beverage operations during her tenure there.
Neha Rawat Built Operations Career Across Uttarakhand and Rajasthan
Before Pride Elite Haridwar, she served as Operations Manager at Modi Yoga Retreat in Rishikesh, managing staff coordination, facility management and guest services across the wellness property. She also held the Operations Manager role at Pride Hotels Group in Rishikesh, covering revenue forecasting, yield management and daily property execution.
Her front office career spans Godwin Hotels and Resorts and Amatra Hotels in Uttarakhand, and Aalia Resorts as Assistant Front Office Manager. She held the Front Office Executive role at The Javeline Boutique Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, adding international exposure to her career.
She started her hospitality career at Jodhana Heritage Resorts in Nagaur, Rajasthan, and held a Personal Manager role at Aman in Jaipur early in her career. She also served as Front Office Executive at The Pride Hotels India.
Neha Rawat holds an MBA in Hospitality Management and a Professional Diploma in Tourism. Her core expertise covers front office operations, room inventory control, revenue forecasting, yield management and people management.
What the Role Covers at Club Mahindra Pavagadh
As Operations Manager and Unit Head, Rawat will manage property-level workflows, guest experiences and operational performance at Club Mahindra Pavagadh. The property sits near the historic Pavagadh Hill in Gujarat, drawing pilgrimage and leisure travellers.
