BANGKOK — Conrad Bangkok has appointed Nicola Coccia as General Manager. Marking his first general manager role within Hilton's Conrad portfolio and a return to the property where his career with the brand began.
Coccia will oversee hotel operations, marketing, guest services and guest satisfaction at the property.
Nicola Coccia Returns to Conrad Bangkok in Senior Leadership Role
Coccia joins from Conrad Seoul, where he most recently served as Hotel Manager. During his time there, the property recorded one of its strongest performance periods on record, alongside guest room upgrades and a transformation of its dining concepts.
Before Seoul, Coccia served as Director of Operations at Conrad Osaka, where the hotel achieved Forbes Four-Star recognition during his tenure.
