Parikshit Das Appointed Cluster L&D Manager at Club Mahindra Sikkim

SIKKIM — Club Mahindra has appointed Parikshit Das as Cluster Learning and Development Manager for the Sikkim Cluster. He brings 14 years of experience across hotel operations, training, guest relations and learning and development within leading hospitality organisations.

Das joins from Pride Plaza Hotel Ahmedabad, where he served as Training Manager. Before that he held the same role at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Bodhgaya, leading learning, quality and talent development across the property.

Parikshit Das Built Career Across Taj Hotels, Academia and Training Leadership

His hospitality career includes operational and training roles with Taj Vivanta Green Cove Resort Kovalam and Vivanta by Taj. He was also a member of the pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, gaining direct exposure to luxury hotel launch operations and service excellence standards.

Between his hotel roles, Das contributed to hospitality education as Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar and Gurukul Management Studies. He has also authored research publications on hospitality management, service quality, sustainability and tourism.

His key achievements include leading the renovation of 84 guest rooms, achieving high scores across multiple international quality audits and completing the Train the Trainer certification programme.

What the Role Covers at Club Mahindra Sikkim Cluster

As Cluster Learning and Development Manager, Das will lead training programmes across the Sikkim Cluster. His focus covers leadership capability building, associate training, service excellence, organisational development and building a culture of continuous learning across the cluster properties.
