KOLKATA, West Bengal — The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat has appointed Paromita Dasgupta as Director of Rooms, adding a luxury hospitality professional with more than 13 years of rooms division experience to its leadership team.
Dasgupta joins from Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, where she served as Room Division Manager.
Paromita Dasgupta Brings 13 Years of Rooms Division Expertise to Westin Kolkata
Her career includes leadership positions at JW Marriott Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Pune and Residences, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru, Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru, Novotel Bengaluru Techpark and Swissôtel Kolkata.
Her background spans Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa operations and guest experience management across luxury and premium hotel brands.
New Role Covers Full Rooms Division at Westin Kolkata
In her new position, Dasgupta will oversee the hotel's Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping and Spa. Her responsibilities cover guest satisfaction improvement, operational efficiency, Marriott International brand standards and team development.
