Prithvishankar Menon Joins HVS ANAROCK as Senior Associate

MUMBAI — HVS ANAROCK has appointed Prithvishankar Menon as Senior Associate in its Consulting and Valuation practice for South Asia. Based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, he will focus on feasibility analysis, hotel valuations and DCF modelling for the firm's advisory portfolio across the region.

In his new role, Menon provides investment, valuation and development strategies for hotel owners and developers across South Asia at HVS ANAROCK, the hospitality consulting joint venture between HVS and ANAROCK. His work draws on technical financial modelling, hotel operational knowledge and market analysis built across both active hotel operations and specialised advisory roles in India, Switzerland and the United States.

From Noesis Capital Advisors to HVS ANAROCK

Prithvishankar Menon joins from Noesis Capital Advisors, India's leading hotel investment consultancy firm. He worked there as a Feasibility and Valuation Analyst and then as a Feasibility and Valuation Associate across close to two years. His work at Noesis covered financial modelling, market research, hotel asset valuations and transaction advisory for hospitality projects in India and South Asia.

International Experience 

Before Noesis, Menon gained project management experience in the United States at Corrado Properties in Palm Beach County, Florida. He assisted the Managing Partner in developing a bespoke luxury private members club, giving him an owner's perspective on real estate development and hospitality project delivery at the pre-opening stage.

His time in Switzerland during his Masters programme produced two notable project outputs. He collaborated with Switzerland Tourism in Zurich on digital marketing initiatives, integrating AI-driven content into summer marketing campaigns. He also worked with The Alpina Gstaad, one of Switzerland's most celebrated luxury mountain hotels, to implement a formal corporate culture blueprint for the property.

Professional Background and Education 

Prithvishankar Menon began his hospitality career at Taj Hotels in Goa, working as a Hotel Operations Trainee at the Taj Resort and Convention Centre Panaji and then as a Front Office Executive at Dona Paulo. That operational grounding at a Taj property in Goa gives him a working understanding of hotel KPIs and front-of-house performance that is directly applicable to the advisory work he now does.

He holds a Master of Science from EHL Graduate School, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, one of the world's most respected hospitality management institutions, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Management from IHM Goa, affiliated with NCHMCT.
